Your email exceeds the maximum allowed size. Reduce attachments or use file sharing instead.

What does this error mean?

SMTP error 552 means your message is too large:

  • Total message size exceeds server limit
  • Attachments are too large
  • Recipient's mailbox can't handle the size
  • Server has strict size policies
